HEIDI BARLOW
WOMEN’S HEALTH PHYSIOTHERAPIST AND CLINICAL PILATES INSTRUCTOR
Heidi graduated from the University of Sydney with a Masters of Physiotherapy in 2014. Since then she has worked in private practice and developed a love for Women’s Health Physiotherapy. She is passionate about educating women about pelvic health and empowering them to seek treatment so that they can do the things they enjoy without symptoms.
Heidi has completed advanced courses in Women’s Health Physiotherapy, allowing her to help women of all ages achieve better pelvic health. She loves treating women during pregnancy and guiding their safe return to exercise postpartum. Heidi also treats women with chronic pelvic pain and incontinence issues. She is able to fit women with support pessaries for pelvic organ prolapse and continence pessaries for stress urinary incontinence.
Heidi is a big believer that movement is medicine, and is a certified APPI clinical pilates instructor. Heidi enjoys pilates, playing netball and doing functional strength training.
