JASON HORTON
physiotherapist & Exercise physiologist
Jason grew up in the Sutherland Shire and has always had a keen interest in sport, movement and health and well-being.
He grew up playing soccer and basketball and eventually found himself playing Rugby League with the Cronulla Sharks Jersey Flegg and Premier League teams. He now has discovered the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and finds himself training locally at Southern Cross Jiu Jitsu Academy.
Jason graduated from the University of Wollongong in 2009, completing a Bachelor of Exercise Science and Rehabilitation. He then went on to complete his Masters of Physiotherapy at Sydney University in 2011.
Jason has previously worked in the Sutherland Shire at Sports Physiotherapy Clinics in Caringbah and Miranda. He also spent time working at St George and Broken Hill District Hospitals.
Jason is excited to begin his new venture at Flow Physio Co in Sutherland, and looks forward to continuing to help improve the lives of people that he meets.
Jason is passionate about helping people perform at their best. He combines his vast knowledge and experience to help discover the source of dysfunction and applies a combination of manual therapy, rehabilitation, movement and strength and conditioning to help people achieve their goals and enhance their quality of life.
